The room was really nice and spacious, amenities were great, got to use the laundry machine it was nice! The mattress were the most comfortable ones out of all the hotels we did during our trip !

Unfortunately the noise isolation isn’t the best and we could hear the sound of the loud cars on the road in front of the hotel, even though we were on the 5th floor. If you’re a heavy sleeper or sleep with earplugs it shouldn’t be a problem tho

Good located, room was spacious and clean except under the bed where was someone fingers nails and dust. Room have everything we need, downstairs was microwave and washingmashin. Check in was clear and easy.

It was way to loud to sleep (because of the cars) and both requests, before and during stay of a room in higher floor and a more quiet room were rejected! It was okay with good active noise canceling headphone. They should offer rooms that are not directed to the street in a higher floor for more money and/or improve the windows. I would also prefer to have a room card instead of a key.

Great location, easy to hop on buses or walk to trains. Room was beautifully decorated and very confortable in every way.

The automatic check in.

Im a person who can sleep everywhere, but here was impossible because our room was super noisy, just 2 meters far from 4 lines of wide road, traffic was crazy and noise incredible. After the first night we asked the management for changing the room but they declined. Even so, we were looking for water, and the water dispenser was empty all of 3 days that we stayed. There were an Ice machine also, without ice, of course. There were no curtains in the shower, so all the water was coming out make in the bathroom flooded. Sorry, but our worst experience in Japan. There are many other hotels in the area, cheaper and more confortables.

I found the minibar dirty; inside, there was a Starbucks bottle, which I assume was from the previous guest
