Turchese Suite with terrace

It was spacious, light and fully equipped in a fantastic location to explore Pisa. The staff were very helpful in a variety of ways. We had a really wonderful time.

Lovely apartment, great location. Check in experience was easy and stress free. It was a great base for us as only a short walk to the tower and also the train station. Also a quiet area away from the centre.

Location, and closeness of store, restaurants and turist atractions.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights, and while the location and initial appearance were decent, the experience was ruined by the owner's behavior regarding the heating. The heating system was a constant issue throughout our stay. The owner kept turning it off without notice and claimed it couldn’t be turned on, leaving us in an uncomfortably cold apartment. We had to constantly contact him to address the issue, but instead of resolving it, he gave us excuses and made the process unnecessarily stressful. What made this even worse is that we were there with kids, who had to spend most of the time wearing jackets indoors because it was so cold. It’s unacceptable to pay for accommodation and then have to deal with such mismanagement of basic amenities. If you value comfort and a hassle-free stay, I cannot recommend this property.

the location is fabulous, just 10 minutes from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the walk to the tower is just beautiful. Well liit lamps everywhere in the street so feels very safe. the apartment is very spacious and would recommend this if you have kids.
