Quite spacious Very close to the historical center and places for eating out

1. The accommodation is not configured for winter or cold weather. We were cold during our stay although the owner told us we should not suffer from that while I sent him a mail asking for some details. We were not able to put the heaters at a higher temperature to feel warm enough. Even our wet laundry was not able to dry within 3 days!! 2. The beds are very basic and not comfortable at all (bedroom and main room) and the sheets and covers are very basic too (and again not enough warm for the night as the heater does not work properly to warm up the rooms). 3. We were not warned enough regarding the location of the building. Being in a restricted (VTL) not only forbids you to park near the apartment but also does not allow you to pass by to drop your luggage (or in our case a handicapped kid) while I asked also details about that. As a result, we got fines because of cameras all around. 4. No personal contact here. Only almost automatic mails and messages. Reactive in a way but not really friendly.

Beautifully decorated and large apartment, just around the corner from the main center. Easy to reach on foot from the airport and the train station.

Being so spatious and high, the apartment was hard to heat. We had a few cold days and it was a bit chilli in the apartment.

Easy access to propertt, walking distance from Pisa tower. Nice clean apartment

No toaster

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the city centre, very close to bars, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean, very modern, would stay again!

Great location , within walking distance to all sites, restaurants , shops . Very spacious with old world character and Charm , beds exceptionally comfortable !! . Great shower ,

Nothing really , hob was confusing to operate , think it may have been broken , but we were only trying to make coffee .
