"Better beds would make it a premium suit .."

Nice clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance (5-15’) from the various places. Pisa is nice small little characteristic Italian town.

The main bed is rather small and uncomfortable (cheap matras and hard pillows). Also the two single beds weren’t the best.

"Lovely, clean and quiet apartment."

We loved the location of this apartment. In a really quiet and peaceful part of town. No noise from the surrounding apartments meant a great night’s sleep (very comfortable beds). Everything was clean and tidy for our arrival and an early check in was allowed.

We loved just about everything. The kitchen area could do with an update, a little tired. No plug for the sink. But none of this detracted from a wonderful stay.

Excellent location - close to everything but quiet. Lovely and clean Very kind host. Contact by WhatsApp suited us well but we did meet them when we arrived too early and they were so kind to hurry the cleaning and let us in

"Awesome apartment in Pisa"

Great location, close to the sightseeing sites but still in a quiet residential area. Spacious apartment with two single beds in the main room and one double bed in the large bedroom. Comfy sofa in the middle of the room and kitchen corner with dolce gusto coffeemaker and fridge. How ceilings and great vibe in the apartment for short stay visiting Pisa. Bakery at 2 mins walking, same thing for a Carrefour shop. Clean entrance with stairs, needing to go up one floor to enter.

Nothing really. Waste sorting for paper/cardboard wasn't fully evident to us.

Host was very friendly and responsive.

The apartment has automatic heating. It was evening when we came, the first night was really cold. After contact with host, we fixed this somehow.

Honestly, I was really impressed by this ap. Clean, everything that you may need is there, very quiet during the night, good taste on furniture, separate bins for good environment. We booked it 30 minutes before areival and the owner moved very fast, he replied fast and send us all the instructions for self check in. Very easy to find, the area is great: restaurants, point of atractions, only 7-10 minutes away. You also have a small terrace and in the afternoon you can enjoy some sun:) For sure we will be back and again, you won't regret if you choose this ap.
