Great location as we went for the cricket. About a 5 min walk Handy to town

The room was large and spotless. I appreciated the thick wall beside the bed, which effectively blocked any noise from the toilet and bathroom. The bed was comfortable.

We are a family of three adults, and we found ourselves with just two beds and a sofa during our stay. We initially thought the sofa would convert into a sleeper bed, but it turned out it didn’t. I should have requested an extra bed for us, but my son mentioned that the sofa was large and comfortable enough for him to sleep on. He ended up having a good night's rest. Overall, we had a pleasant stay despite the bedding situation.

Brilliant budget accommodation and helpful owner. Could do with some room fresheners. Would definitely stay again if passing that way.

Very neat and clean and well serviced. We are sure the owners are lovely but we did not see them. We only received messages. Thank you.

The street appearance of the property was very ordinary. But don’t be deceived -,it was delightful inside.

Very sizable room which was fully equipped.

Just some cosmetic improvements required. Have more coat hangers in wardrobe. Repair some small holes in living room ceiling and possibly repaint in lighter colour. However this did not spoil our stay and if back in Napier would consider staying with you again..

Comfortable and close to all facilities.

Showers could have had bars for safety.
