NZI highly recommend this place and would absolutely be back. This accommodation ticks a lot of boxes. Spacious, clean, central location, fully functional kitchen and washing machine. Check in & out was very straightforward. The fan/pump was nice to add air flow. Fabulous shower pressure and I never had an issue with hot water running out. The provided soap and hair conditioner was a nice touch. Plenty of bedding and towels. The mink was nice to cozy up with on the new looking couch. The kitchen/lounge smelt amazing and fresh. Smiles from everyone who I saw on the property which is always pleasant.
A feel a $50 trip to Kmart would really bump up a star to feel a bit more homely. It was missing a few essentials like salt and pepper, washing detergent & hair dryer. Both the bedroom & lounge have large glass ranch sliders (nice!) but unless both curtains are closed you are on full display to other residents which made it feel a bit dark & sad having to close off all sunlight. If sound bothers you this probably isn't the place for you, I could hear someone's tv/talking well into the night but personally that didn't bother me as I was awake anyways. Thank you!
AUGreat accommodation at a great price, only downside was noisy neighbours at times and limited hot water.

AUAccommodation was clean, good towels and offered full size kitchen with reasonable utensils, fridge washing machine/dryer. 5 min drive to museum. Possibly could walk to supermarket. Host friendly and helpful and spent quite a bit of time via phone to help us get the tv working which was appreciated.
No hairdryer or iron. The outdoor area was not usable as other people who live there had their rooms open on to it so we felt we had to keep our lounge door and curtains closed for privacy. The outside of the complex needs a lot of attention and is quite run down.

NZLots of room and it was a stones throw away from the war memorial hall where the wedding was and a short walk to a Cafe and hair dresses which was a bonus because we all needed a hair cut 😆

The couch which turns into a sofa bed is starting to wear. TV arrangement needs simplifying as people have been playing with the settings making it difficult to get to simple things like TV 1.
