AUlarge space and comfortable
we couldnt get the television to work despite the best efforts of staff
NZNZComfortable and roomy. Walking distance to downtown Napier, including two major grocery stores. Air conditioner was great on a hot day
So I have to admit I was worried when I saw the condition of the house and yards that share the property...weeds, no grass, broken down cars, ripped curtains...the apartment itself didn't reflect this but not.the best way take a first impression.

the outside was a real mess and made us feel a little unsafe. the inside was fine, but very old and dated with a fresh coat of paint

NZNZLoved how close to everything we were. Place was nice a clean. Only one thing I could fault, only having one way to exit was a bit hard trying to leave to go get dinner with the kids asleep in the bedroom. Other than that we had a great time and we definitely will.be staying again.
