"DO NOT STAY HERE"

The view

We arrived at the property which was dirty. The couch was dirty, there was mould in the shower, the toilet seat was barely attached, there were half used toilet rolls, the kitchen tap was loose and there was a smell of wet animals inside. There was also a crack across one of the windows. We did not stay at the property with our baby because of the above and sought further We cannot get in contact with the property owner - they do not return calls, texts, emails or communication with booking.com. Cannot get a refund - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

location and the free parking are the reasons we chose this apt

the a/c unit is poor and did not provide comfort on a hot couple of days there

Absolutely fantastic views! Apartment is a little tired but personally didn’t bother us. Great sized fridge. Steps from fast food, convenience store and public transport.

Issue with air conditioning unit not working but unfortunately appeared to have leaked water on carpet. Have yet to hear back about it.

Highrise building with flat on 15th floor. Amazing view of the lake Good sized bedrooms, extra air mattress present in the room as well. Ful sized kitchen

Great location and views. And very accomadating when we needed to leave our bags after arriving to auckland that morning. Will definitely be booking here again

Could do with a little maintenance but nothing we didn't mind. Was perfect for what we wanted

"Excellent view and economical price but we got what we paid for."

The view was amazing! The price was economical. Good location.

Aircon did not work. Free to air TV didn’t work. Fridge leaking. No dishwasher or washing machine liquid. Coffee table was broken. Constant highway traffic noise.

"Very hot!"

Location was great, view was great.

The heat pump is broken. When we booked the apartment it was listed as having a double and two single beds. We arrived to find two doubles.
