The view. Location.

Toilet seat was very loose. No tea towel, hand towels, face cloths. Large window pane was cracked ( felt uneasy with children) Wasn't the cleanest. Building was being worked on. Scaffolding around the bedroom area...

Insecure toilet seat, blood splat on wall, no fresh milk, aircon not working properly, carpets dirty, not vacuum, tips of knives broken.

The place was good. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go.

The hand soap looked like and felt like it had been watered down. The toilet seat was broken so unhygienic. The air conditioner didn't work. Fine that there was a washing up sponge, liquid and dish drainer but we would expect a tea towel and hand towel. Hand towels for the bathroom would be nice too. It was also very noisy.

The view was the best, being on 15th floor was a treat for us.

The street in and driveway/ parking area was horrible to navigate, not much room to move. The room was hot/stuffy even though we were provided many fans. The sheets weren't comfortable. There was no bedside tables to use, no toliet roll holder and toliet seat was broken. The whole place could use a freshen up however there is construction happening on the premises so probably on the cards already.

Location

Like the other reviews have stated, this place is in need of some maintenance. The small things that would make a big difference such as fixing the toilet roll holder, the leaking fridge, wiping down the walls and windows sills. Providing items like a bath mat, tea towels, hand towels etc would be great.
