Awesome location, view, facilities and booking. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great and secured parking was an added bonus. Beautiful views overlooking Auckland.

The keys in the lockbox were hidden amongst the bushes. And it was difficult to see from the road coming in. However, it was quickly fixed.

The location was great for us visiting the hospital. Was a nice walk over the bridge.

The fridge was leaking. The apartment is good but would look better if it had some TLC with some paint to touch up scuffs along the walls, but other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

Great views Very central. Did what was required for one night.

Absolutely filthy building in which the apartment is situated. Only one lift is available. The other is broken and looks as if it's been that way for ages. Getting the key out of the lock box was a mission. The lockbox was old and seizing up. Hardly any cutlery or kitchen necessities. No toiletries unless you count 1/2 block of USED soap and a completely empty bottle of body wash. No tea towels, no hand towels, or face cloths. A couple of 1/2 used rolls of toilet paper. The place was reasonably clean, but it wouldn't be hard to remove seelotape, hand prints on windows, etc, as well. Attention to detail matters when you let your property. Itwould be very easy to resolve these issues. Oh, finally, the remote foe the aircon also didn't work. It may just need new batteries, but it should be checked prior to guests arriving.

For the management handling the property. The unit is quite nice but please have a thorough cleaning of your unit before having it booked by new guests.
