Greenpoint Emerald

Location was perfect. A bonus to have not only onsite parking, but access to a locked garage. The unit is spacious and clean and equipped with everything we needed and more - we didn't use all the appliances as ours was a short stay, but it's super helpful to have access to a dishwasher, washing machine and tumbledrier for longer periods of stay. Security was on point.

The only negative aspect is the one bathroom. It would have been great to have had a second, separate toilet. But, this wouldn't stop us from booking this apartment again.

L’appartement est magnifique et très spacieux même pour une famille de 4 personnes. La machine à laver et sèche linge sont très appréciables. L’hôte Samantha est également très sympathique. L’immeuble est très sécurisé : on entre par reconnaissance faciale.

Das Appartement ist geräumig und hell. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur V&A Waterfront. Gute Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind ganz in der Nähe. Das Appartement ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment was light, bright, central for our needs, and very comfortable! Beds were amazing and we slept well. The roads were quite noisy as it is main road but the windows seemed to be double glazed so the apartment was not noisy. The couch was perfect for an afternoon nap! Shops are really close by. And security is amazing with face recognition. Blankets and heaters are available for the colder months, and we made use for he room fans. The views are great and a drink on the balcony to watch the sunset is a must. Hosts were incredible and available. I won’t put this as things not to like just things to be aware of. There is only one bathroom with the toilet in the bathroom so family should be ok to share with. May be more awkward with friends. There is only one onsite parking space. We parked our one car on the road and there were no issue at all.

Apartamento moderno y bien equipado en una buena zona

La calefacción, estufa, y la cocina funcionan con bombonas de butano y la de la estufa se acabo al comienzo de la estancia sin que hubiera ninguna de recambio y pasamos un poco de frío

Super sauberes Apartment. Die Betten waren sowas von bequem. Voll ausgestattet. Mit Garage. :) Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Hosts waren sehr nett und haben sofort geholfen wenn es Fragen gab. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Alles war in Ordnung. Nichts zu beanstanden :)
