Greenpoint Emerald

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful spot in Green Point! The place itself was stunning – stylish, comfortable, and in the perfect location to explore Cape Town. What truly made the experience stand out was the host – she was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help with recommendations and tips on things to do in the area.

The property was beautiful, very clean and well located. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The apartment was full of creature comforts. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer. We had our own designated parking space which was a garage. Many restaurants within walking distance and the waterfront is also very close. Communication with the property manager Alizwa was easy. She met us at check in and at check out to make sure we were good. She made great recommendations as well. This is a no brainer.

Perfect position for all the tourist spots in capetown including the DHL stadium. Apartment was clean and beautifully furnished with a great view. Secure parking. Host Sam met us personally and responded to our questions on the lead up the trip in moments.

Check in and check out was a very smooth process. The apartment has 24 hour security and biometric access which was set up in minutes. Sam met us in reception to show us up to the apartment and answer any questions. This two bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated with special touches to make your stay even more comfortable. A bottle of wine, buttermilk rusks, coffee, kitchen cleaning products, hand soap and shower gel go a long way to make you feel very welcome. The spacious apartment has plenty of light with large windows and a cute little balcony where we loved having our morning coffee or late night glass of wine while watching the view. Great appliances, WiFi, good quality linen and back up power cater for all your needs. Woolworths Food and various restaurants are on your doorstep with the V&A Waterfront and Stadium only a short walk away. The apartment also has a lockup garage in the secure courtyard which is a bonus in Cape Town. We loved our stay and Sam was a great host. We will definitely be back!

The hosts were amazing, checking to make sure everything was to our liking. The location of the property is ideal - close to shops and restaurants and a short drive or walk to the V&A Waterfront. The property was exceptional - so many little touches that made our stay all the more special. It was like a home from home, so comfortable and secure. Gorgeous views from both sides of the property.

Fantastic location. Spacious, tastefully renovated apartment in a secure complex. Loved the balcony with partial views of stadium and waterfront. Cafes and supermarket a short safe walk.
