A bit noisy

My family and I felt very safe thanks to the rigorous security system. It took a bit of time to take individual photos of each of us, but I understood it was part of the reliable security process. We stayed in a room with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedding was tidy and very clean. What’s more, there were a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer which was very convenient. My partner’s parents were really happy with the stay and said they would love to stay here again whenever they visit Cape Town. Vanessa, who guided us to our room and handed us the keys, was so friendly and helpful!!!

It was very clean! Had all that we needed. And the perfect location. Great value for money. Staff were great and made us feel very welcome.

We were received by the host and the host is was present upon checking out (standard for high-rated properties). The location is excellent - walking distance to Woolworths Food (for groceries). Walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. It has great oblique views of Signal Hill, the Green Point Stadium, and the ocean as it's on the side of the building - (helpful for noise control). Green Point in general is safe and a great central location for out-of-towners looking do some sightseeing. Head north or inland and you're in wine country. Head south along the coast in the direction of Camps Bay and beyond to find yourself in the quieter and more serene sides of the mountain. Head East and you off to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the Constantia Wine Farms (both an absolute must; the Botanical Garden on a sunny day is amazing - felt like being in the jungle of Jurassic Part) =] The interior was simple and cleanly finished. The parking garage was a nice-to-have, although its tight in fit, so don't bring a huge vehicle (our Toyota Fortuna only just fitted in). For the most part, the unit was baby-friendly - our 1year old enjoyed being able to wobble from room to room, and then out onto the covered balcony for some winter son. We'll be back for sure.

Honestly can't think of anything. It's a good simple 2-bed unit. If I had to note something, the unit only has 1 bathroom, but it wasn't any issue for us.

The apartment is wonderful! Great location in safe area with lots of local eateries to walk to, plus the waterfront is just a 10 minute walk. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, every amenity you could need. Our host Sam was fantastic, attentive from the day we booked. We were delighted to meet her and would definitely stay with her again. She has a great contact for transfers & taxis, we were very looked after. Highly recommend you stay here.
