Very clean, very responsive and helpful manager (José Manuel), great value for money and very well-located

While the bed was nice and big, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable (hard and somehow lumpy at the same time). The wifi connection was hit and miss.

Best location we had in our trip in Mexico… staff super friendly, location clean, position convenient to reach the centre and to take colectivos to the main touristic attractions near Tulum. I highly recommend a stay here

The host was extremely kind and attentive. He paid attention to everything we needed and he was always available to respond right away when we needed something. The place is clean, spacious and we didn’t have any trouble finding it or checking in.
