The best place where we have stayed in Mexico so far. The room is sparkling clean, the bed is super comfy, and the place has everything you may need. Violeta made sure our stay was pleasant and help us with everything we needed. I highly recommend you stay in this place when in Tulum!

Good location and nice ground floor entrance area. Staff were friendly.

Room really tired. Door to room balcony broken, toilet had to be fixed (albeit straight away), it was a lottery if the shower worked or whether there would be trickle of hot water. The kitchen area was not particularly clean. We were there for 6 days and the towels/sheets were not changed or bins emptied.

It was a great location and my room was very clean. Very cool little boutique place. I didn’t check out the bar in the evening but it looked cool and I think they do live music fridays and saturdays(I could hear it from my room). If you’re looking for a quiet, off the beating path kind of place, this is the place for you(I think I may have been the only guest there at the time).

I think it was more a language barrier than anything as the person who checked me in didn’t really speak english so I didn’t really get a good run down of the facilities. I also got locked out for about an hour in the evening during their changeover because they changed the door code and didn’t tell me, or the guy who was supposed to be working the bar that evening. She came within an hour and it was fine but just make sure to save their number and message them if you have trouble.

I was able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the location. You can still hear the cars and vehicles but probably not as much as hotels that are right on the main streets. The staff was kind and helpful, but you do need to be a bit independent as they aren't always present. The coworking space is very welcoming and has beautiful art in it.

The room is pretty basic but clean. The swimming pool wasn't particularly inviting, I only one person dipped in and it is more for a dip in then a swim. Rooms with balconies look into street, the shared balconies are more welcoming as they look our into trees. For the first two days I had issues with the heat of water but staff fixed it each time. Would be nice when arrive there is water to drink in room.

So I was hanging at the lounge area but I do not drink. The bartender made me an all natural ginger/maracuya drink, super delish.

I had to leave the next day but I did not find a dropbox for the key, so I left it in the key lock.

The staff where exceptionaly helpful and the location can't be beaten. A very short walk to Chedraui supermarket and situated on the beach road (10 mins). The place has some fun events (cinema, BBQ and jazz nights. The bar has exceptional cocktails made by wonderful bar man. All in all a really great place and lots of fun.

That we couldn't stay longer!
