Nuestra habitación no estaba limpia, las toallas estaban sucias y además había mucho ruido porque por la noche los viernes tienen una sesión de salsa y bachata hasta las 00.00 y ponen la música altísima que se oye hasta en la calle.

Excelente atención, cerca a supermercados y centros comerciales, seguro y tranquilo.

No hay ascensor y es un poco difícil subir o bajar maletas grandes.

Super comfortable bed, powerful AC, caring management. Originally booked because I was road tripping México and wasn’t sure if I’d even make it to Tulum, so picked the best low price option just incase. What a great surprise, they have a little dipping pool and rooftop lounge area. Wouldn’t suggest honeymooning here or anywhere in downtown Tulum, ya want the beach zone for that. But as a solo traveler only wanting to see downtown it was perfect. Downtown Tulum is up and coming, could tell they are working on it as I walked around.

After booking you do have to keep on top of your messages, which I wasn’t use to. But know that was because I’m here during slow season.

Amazing hotel, great location and friendly staff. The room was good size with an enormous bed, the shower was big.

1. The staff was friendly. 2. Convenient location.

1. No hangers/closet whatsoever. Can't hang clothes anywhere. 2. Bad shower and sink drainage. 3. Weak flushing toilet. 4. The light switch is far from the bed, so we had to get up every time. 5. The sliding door didn't lock until a worker forced it shut, unable to open and close at our leisure. 6. The TV wasn't working properly. 7. They lost our reservation. 8. The bedside lamp on nightstand wasn't working. 9. The bed was super squeaky.

I liked the location and the service. Also I really loved the eclectic style and lastly the lovely rooftop patio under the stars.

Door little warped was hard to close.
