No clean, everything dirty, towels, room, bed sheets, bath, carpet, sheets smelling cigarette, and more, paper lamps, broken carpet, etc. Mattress is not conformable. We stay because we couldn't any more. Super long trip, event, and little kids. We enter to sleep, and we run out very early just to don't stay longer there. I was super disappointed, too tired to argue during the night. Pay too much for what it was, and there is no reimbursement of anything for apology. I do not recommend at least this place where we stay. Sorry for the review, but it was real and sad for my kids. "Do not touch, just close your eyes, I can cover you with your blankets from home.!" And not able to take a bath or shower :( all the drain stuck with hair. I wanted to take a Pic, but it was very disgusting, and I was too tired to complain after a long trip with a 2 and 5 year all. Very sleepy

This place sucks Expedia should not recommend anyone stay here I had to call the police twice to report harassment and Report the fact that these people did not provide an air conditioned room for 4 days last weekend while I was waiting to begin chemotherapy and they did not care they danced me all around and I struggled with it because of my health issues I identified myself as a disabled Air Force veteran traveling with a service dog and none of that mattered these people are ignorant and in fact they're beyond their deliberately deceptive to law enforcement and this guy whoever he is he's been messing with me can speak to Queens English whenever he wants to but if it doesn't suit his needs he pretends that he can't speak English

false advertising. Double bed dirty floors and walls. seems to be a long term rental for locals

When we arrived we were unable to access the first room. We were then assigned another room, which had the windows wide open, resulting in soaking carpet due to storms. The floor had a coffee lid and some crumpled straw wrappers and had not been vacuumed. The wifi never worked for the tv or phones the entire time we were there. There was no spare toilet paper, the towels were on the bed and damp. The lamp was broken.

Everything was great

First of all the room was quite clean and the bedding was clean. Most of the lights were missing bulbs and lampshades. There wereno niceties glasses to drink from no cleenex The entrance via keypad to the building and to the room were ok but not having a registration desk or contact person made it questionable. If this was the deluxe roon i wouldn't want to have a regular one. As i said the bedding was clean but its not a queen as advertised. Overall inspite of the cleanliness i could not recommend to anyone to stay there.the entrance way and stairs were filthy and the whole place could use a good reconditioning.sorry but thats all i got
