The room was okay, quiet, and the bed too, but the one thing was a bad odor that wouldn't leave, bought some cleaners but didn't do the job, no towels. Contact place and asked for another room was told they'll try and get another but never called, our clothing has that smell I never smell before.

The internet ducks cant get many tv channels

Wouldn't stay any where else while there in Lancaster

This place is set up to frustrate anyone who is dumb enough to rent there

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the ac was good.

There was no staff present on site and the room had a very odd smell to it.

Sad to see the historic Strasburg inn in such poor condition

Was scary. Smoke detectors dismantled pieces a paper for lamp shades mattress poor conditions pillows had strong odor of unclean “Residents” hanging by doors smoking and propping outside doors open.

That fine, need more attention to detail in maintenance, broken locks windows, humidity smell. No staff personal attendance in person around. Too much trash in the garbage can.

Good staff. Responsive
