Pleasantly

We had a rough time getting in the front door because the dial pad or whatever it's called where you're supposed to put the code in wasn't working properly. It was loose or something. Whoever is doing the cleaning there in the rooms and in the hallways is not doing a good job at all. The far stairwell exit had a sign that said closed but it was unlocked and there was a bunch of junk stashed in the stairwell. When we entered our room I immediately noticed that the sheets did not look like they had been changed and they were wrinkled just in the areas where I guess the previous guess laid. There was a dirty towel jammed behind the bathroom door in such a way that it propped the door from even shutting so I'm almost positive that they did not clean the tub or the toilet because they would have certainly seen the big white towel behind the door on their way out of the bathroom. When I tried to inform the employee who called me the last day as I was checking out he didn't seem helpful at all and in fact hung up before I was done speaking. I also and across another employee on the way out of the building and she barely spoke English but said the cleaning lady was new. No excuse to not change sheets or clean. There were things under the bed like deodorant caps and trash it's obviously been there for a while. The one door people were propping open to smoke or maybe bev
