Very homie will Come back only if it’s cleaned properly

Not vacuumed tub was dirty and couldn’t find the remote how to get a new one and stuff underneath the couch and the TV and the air conditioner thing

Biggest problem we had was that we NEVER received the property code keys. We called for them; waited on the phone in a loop for over 20 minutes; then, received a call from one of your Representatives. The Representative indicated he would call back in 5 minutes to provide us with the property code keys but NEVER called back. We ended up having to find other accommodations as we were unable to reach anyone to get these codes.

I asked for a room on ground floor because I'm handicap and got conformation for ground floor. When we were almost to the motel they told me they didn't have any rooms on ground floor. They didn't offer a discount or money back. So I had to stay and climb the stairs to the second floor. We will never stay there again

It was really good

The location was great.

The bathroom needed many repairs and looked bad. There was a drill bit in the tub. I left it there. I stepped on it when I was in the shower and scared me because I thought I cut my foot. I didn't. The towel rack was not very secure. The shower head was on a spray and broken, so I couldn't change the setting. The chain lock on the door was broken, so I had to put a chair in front of the door to make me feel better. The pillows weren't comfy at all. The heater didn't seem to work well, and the cold air poured in the windows so bad it blew the blinds! The only place it was warm was in the bathroom. I will not be staying there again until they fix everything.

It was a spacious room.

- Toilet leaked all over the floor. Water coming from the bottom of the toilet not from over flowing. - Toilet fills almost to the brim before it flushes down. Un usable. - No plunger - Broken toilet roll holder - Broken rack above toilet - black mold above the shower. - Dead bugs in the windows sill along with accumulated dirt. - the bed was uncomfortable and based on the cleanliness of the rest of the place, it made you wonder if the bed sheets had been cleaned. - Debris floating in the air after heater was on - dirt on the floor indicating it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while. - Dust and debris on tables, lamps, indicating nothing was cleaned for some time. - the edges of the carpet along the baseboards had built up dirt accumulated - Only One roll of toilet paper for a two day stay. - Heater was extremely loud and kept us up all night. - the heater Blew dust all Over when it turned on. - the Sofa was extremely un comfortable and needed to be cleaned. - Musty smell like it’s been smoked in for years. - the door codes were probably never changed so anyone that had ever stayed would be able to get into the building and the room. -we couldn’t stay there another night so we just left and got a hotel. We probably lost the money we spent. -we messaged this to the contacts and never heard back. So the communication was non existent.
