The location is great. Everything else is dismal.

This place is seriously run down and should be closed ASAP. No reception desk, no breakfast. You enter with a code, behind the door is a washing machine that runs day and night with dirty linens scattered around. Dirt in the corridors, insects in the corners, dirt under the beds. At least the linens were clean.

"CON JOB"

We were twice given door codes which did not work, after spending AN HOUR waiting for Booking.com to answer their Customer Service Line. In the meantime someone leaving the property IN DISGUST let us into the building. After a LONG CALL to Booking.com we learned the Code to get into the room, but were never given a code to enter the building. The hallways were dank. They smelled of tobacco, yet we had requested non-smoking accommodations. When we tried our "assigned door" some foreign guests answered the door and were panicked by our appearance. We RESERVED to rooms, but only given BOGUS Information on how to get into one. The place has protentional, but with NO CONTACT INFORMTION. NO OFFICE. Etc. it is an EXTREMELY POOR CHOICE! And for the record, despite ALL OF THIS, Booking.com is refusing us a refund! This, is the second time Booking.com has placed in a BAD situation hundreds of miles from home with access to the lodgings they "booked." So AVOID USING BOOKING.COM if possible, or contact the property directly by phone after making reservations with Booking.com to assure you have not been conned!

We booked a one night stay but left at about 6:30 pm when the keypad (which had a piece hanging from it when we arrived) wouldn’t lock our door. We had a show to get to and were told (via text) someone would be there to look at it. I asked when and NEVER got a response. We didn’t want to leave our belongings in the room and had no interest in packing everything into our car only to have to move it back to the room if anyone ever came to fix the door. We loaded our car, saw our show and drove home afterwards. We had the room for less than four hours. The “management” of the place refused to offer any compensation. This is a set up where there’s no front desk or anyone to talk to in person. Hotels.com did give us a small credit on our next booking. Would never stay there again.

Big self check in problem. Had to call to get door code info and, upon arrival, found our room was given to another couple. Had to work that out after dark on the telephone, since self-check-in means no front desk. While reasonably clean, the room was extremely worn with torn carpeting and the bed mattress was as hard as a rock with torn sheets. Open light bulbs with no cover, torn wall paper Fortunately, the a/c and plumbing worked. Don't trust the ratings. Not worth the price. Avoid if you can.

We never received an email with our code to get into the property. We spent 30 minutes on hold with their customer service number. Nobody ever answered. hotels.com tried to call them the next day. Nobody answered terrible customer service.

This place is horrible. The room was filthy and smelt like urine and mold. We tried everything to get the smell out. The carpet was damp and turned the bottom of my white socks black. All of the rooms have the same door code (I accidentally entered the wrong room). The heater wreaked of death when I turned it on. The facility manager did nothing to assist. It was so bad that we left the place after our first night and found a different hotel. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

"It was less than I expected, but the contract locked us in and the medical condition being rehabed made it necessary to"

It was available, and necessary to meet the rehab for a heart patient unable to navigate steep steps. It was near areas to get food and get to hospital and doctors visits.

The security and access was less than acceptable. The digital access to the outter door to the building and to the room were not acceptable. I asked for the combination to be changed to a number that was not universally used (123456#), it was not. The lack of security caused much discomfort. The bedding was not comfortable. I purchased a 2’ memory foam padding, my own sheeting, linen, comforter, and pillows, and wedges to accommodate the rehab needed. I purchased my own vacuum cleaner and cleaning products to keep the place clean during our stay. The refrigerator was frozen over. I defrosted cleaned it out and purchased refrigerator freshener in it. I also purchased a table lamp to brighten the place from our stay. All we purchased was removed and the place was completely restored to its as found condition consistent with my as found and as left pictures. It was listed as an “Executive suite” It wasn’t.
