There was no breakfast at this site. A very young girl was sent to investigate my complaint of a water-soaked rug and, in spite of the fact that her English was limited, conveyed the problem to the manager and he agreed to cancel the reservation, stating they did not have another room at the time. Too bad - the room looked just fine other than the wet rug and the location was perfect for my stay.

There was a water leak sometime before my arrival and pretty much the entire room carpet was soaked and squished underfoot. I am not used to going to a hotel where there is no front desk or manager on duty to take care of issues like I faced. I worked through it, however with the help of the young lady who sent photos on her phone and verified the water in the rug.

The room was totally dated but clean. The area was nice and quiet. I paid for a queen bed and got a tiny full size bed for my husband and I to share. I reached out to the hotel via email because no one is on site ever and of course they said they didn't have any other rooms available for that night and they'd get back to me the next morning to resolve the issue and never did.

Not one good thing to say about this property. We will pay twice the price to stay somewhere else next time. I dont know how they are allowed to run this place the way they do. Lesson learned.

This place was very gross and dirty, smelled bad. There was a very large hole in the carpet in my room. The food was gross. I ended up having to stay somewhere else because this place was so bad.

So upon reding decent reviews on this property we decided to stay here. First problem keyless entry pad on our room door had issues. Secondly code that was sent to me did not work. Ended up having to try to find good contact number for someone to help us get in room. Finally had a housekeeper that didn't speak a lick of English give us a key to get in after numerous tries with keypad. On to the room bathroom ceiling had black mold on it from upstairs plumbing leaking down on to it at some point. Towels were stained and there were lots of little issues with the condition of room. In summary we will not be staying here again.

The ease of the keypad made it so much easier than having to carry around a key. However, the room wasn't the cleanest. We found empty food wrappers, grapes and pretzels on the floor, an old pair of socks. The shower didn't work the best with pressure unless you played with the shower head. We were only given 2 towels when there were a total of 3 guest, 2 adults and a toddler. The TV kept going in an out because of the internet connection.
