Location and cleanliness.

The bed was soft and you rolled to the middle, it was very hot and no airconditioning, just a standing fan with a broken wheel that kept falling down. If you opened the window it was too noisy people talking and smoking till late at night in the patio on the ground floor of next building. The fan in bathroom did not work. When we left we were instructed to leave keys in the little box by the front door, we were contacted they could not locate the keys until I sent a picture of me putting keys in the little box.

Exceptional stay

It was private, quiet and cosy.

The bed wasn't as comfortable, my husband couldn't sleep it was bad for his back. No pool was also I bit of a disappointment.

The location of the unit is really great. The unit is well equipped.

The bed is very uncomfortable. The pillows are also very uncomfortable. The unit is quite noisy, there is a lot of noise that comes from people in the passage and from the lift which is right by the door. The bed is also next to a window/ sliding door and there is a tin roof on the building or next to it and when it rains it makes a big noise (rain on tin roof).which is then right next to the bed, this was very disturbing through the night. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket especially during winter.

Although the shower is spacious and has good pressure, if I was staying longer, I would have liked to have the option of an occasional bath in a tub.
