The staff were superb we had an issue with the wifi and they sorted it out without any hassle despite us not being around during the day.the location was central. The apartment was clean upon arrival there was no turn down service during our stay. We had a fantastic experience with propr and at the cosmopolitan. I would recommend this place.

The only gripe I had was that I booked from booking.com which listed the apartment with an ocean view. This was a criteria for our stay as we wanted to wake up to the ocean every morning. After booking we were told that we would be staying at apartment 401 which didn't have an ocean view as advertised on booking.com. I suppose it didn't make much of a difference since we were out and about during our stay. I just wish they were a bit more transparent about the situation prior to us booking as we chose this option based on the pictures advertised on bookings.com. Had I known the view was not of the ocean I would probably have chosen somewhere else. However the facilities were clean and the location was prime. I don't regret staying here I just wish they were more transparent. We stayed for 5 nights and there was no turn down service so be aware of that.
