"The unit is dirty, filthy and not maintained."

Location

I had to park the car outside to go in and get the keys, however there is never parking anywhere close to the building. I had to wait 20 mins before someone could come get me the keys. Its a ridiculous scenario of having to park where there is no parking available The carpet in the unit is old and horribly filthy. Its worn with disgusting stains from a number of previous guests. The aluminium beading between the carpet and the tiles is coming off and you can easily slice your foot. The one side has no beading, it has come off already. See photos.
