Came back from funeral and no where to park because race day was on

Perfect location, with a short few minutes walk to the square and a 20/25 minute walk to the racecourse and free parking. Comfortable and clean self contained units, with a fridge and microwave, ideal accommodation for a short break. Would definitely stay here again.

Good communication. Clean room. Large shower, comfortable bed.

Initially when booked it stated bath/shower options. When contacted to request a bath was then advised it was all showers now. The shower drain was broken, couldn't stand in the shower to use it without risking cutting your foot open. The heater control didn't work. The room was tired, the showeroom was grubby - pictures provided. The springs in the mattress were poking through, uncomfortable nights sleep. Given a contact number when checking in as they "can't help if they don't know somethings up" number just rang and rang and rang, no answer, no callbacks. Overall dissapointed and will not return and would not recommend to anyone.

Exactly what we wanted for the one night we stayed there. Clean with all the required facilities. Plus free off road parking.

Very clean room with tea and coffee facilities.

Walls are very thin and could hear guests next door. Needs a new key lock safe as had trouble locating the key .
