The concierge 'Pearl' is a terrific asset to this business! We had a small issue & she rectified it straight away. Also very handy to have a secure carpark on site

Great location, beds were comfortable, great communication.

Only minor things, it was noisy on the Saturday night, one of the kitchen cupboards was coming off the hinge, and the dryer had a lot of dust on it

Good location and size. Kitchen well stocked with crockery etc. Lounge and dining area spacious and comfortable. Concierge communication was excellent.

Wifi did not work for us and not having a reception meant quite a bit of coordination via text messaging. Beds might be due for an upgrade as a bit soft and walls could do with a fresh lick of paint.

Highly Recommended - Great Location & Host • Location: Excellent! Within a 5-minute walk to Southern Cross Station. Tram stop right outside. • Host: Pearl was very enthusiastic and helpful. Great communication throughout. • Apartment: High-floor unit with beautiful views. Very clean and looks exactly like the photos. • Facilities: 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite), plus another separate bathroom and separate toilet. Perfect for a group of 6. • Parking: Secure parking spot included with clear guidance from the host.

The unit very close to public transport, there is a tram stop in front of the building and southern cross station just a short walking distance. The unit is clean, has a nice view and spacious, enough to accomodate a family of 7 comfortably.
