Fue muy agradable la estancia, la habitación cómoda, la fruta de desayuno deliciosa para iniciar el día con granola y yogurth, muy saludable, la alberca muy refrescante. El trato de Sol y Diana excelente, nos encanta que sean cuidadosas con detalles en el Hotel, cuidando de los animalitos.

Wonderful 10-Room Hotel conveniently located in Mahahual with easy access to beach boardwalk, cruise ship pier, and lovely beaches. Fabulously managed property with charming atmosphere and lovely decor with an enchanting pool and rooftop terraces. The complimentary breakfast of fresh fruits and yoghurt is delightful together with brewed coffee. Great value, convenience and spacious rooms make this a Top consideration in Mahahual!!

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. La atención siempre fue muy buena y cordial. El hotel no está cerca de la playa, pero se puede llegar muy rápido en auto o taxi. Las habitaciones están muy limpias lo mismo que el resto de las instalaciones. Muy recomendado! Mencioné que son muy amables y cordiales?

A Magical Christmas Getaway in Mexico with hotel Jaiba. Our stay here in Mexico over Christmas was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, festive decorations, and an unmistakable air of holiday cheer. The hotel was beautifully adorned with twinkling lights, poinsettias, and a grand Christmas tree that instantly put us in the holiday spirit. The accommodations were impeccable—our room was spacious, tastefully decorated with motivational quotes and art from the staff. We hired bikes and did our laundry both of which were easy to book via the lovely staff at reception. One big highlight for us was after asking about how to get to our next destination reception called ahead for us at the bus station and made sure we were booked on for the only bus leaving that day and even booking a taxi for us early morning. Just went above and beyond which is what you want on holiday at Xmas. The hotel is a lil out of the way but it's sooo cheap to get into town and grab a taxi on the main road. It's also very flat so bikes were a great addition to our stay. The staff’s attentiveness and genuine kindness made our stay truly lovely and the dogs and cats just made it all that more wonderful to stay.

The place is located pretty far outside the center, you’ll have to ride a bike for 5 minutes to get to the beach or get a cab for around 35 pesos at time of writing
