Everything was more than perfect, so clean, cozy and green hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and they have such a cute animals that I loved to pet all the time. :) The breakfast was, so fresh, healthy and delicious. It was one of the best places in our stay in Mexico. :)

"Amazing place and people"

The only thing this hotel was missing was the beach side and it turned out to be the best part. The small family operated hotel is amazing.

Having more time to enjoy the perfect place for leisure.

"Amazing stay"

Everything was perfect! The room is beautiful and clean, the breakfast was exceptional, lots of fresh fruits, yogourt and granola. The staff is amazingly kind. The hotel has a nice pool with hamacs where you can relax, and is super eco-friendly (make their own soap, reusable containers for shampoo). Cute animals too! Would stay here again !

"Not a good stay"

The personal was very kind and willing to help. I wish I could say the same for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately the water was stinking and there were lots of ants. I wouldn’t stay in that hotel again. In fact I wouldn’t visit Mahahual again.

Very clean and nice hotel! Super helpfull owners/staff and a lovely healthy breakfast. Would certainly recommend and go back

Location is slightly remote to the busy and nicer part of the city. But hey, that's also clear when you check the location :). Requires a car or a bike rental for the beach (or a long walk)

Cleanliness and decor of rooms. Everything was included: breakfast, water, bananas anytime. Pool was a vibe. Breakfast was above and beyond. In room coffee 10/10. Bathroom toiletries were great. Rooftop was great. Every room had Semi private patio space. Staff super kind and helpful. Love that it is family owned/operated. Cute and lovely animals.

Nothing, would stay again. And looking forward to the Tulum location opening
