Hotel Jaiba Mahahual - Adults Only

Lovely people, nice spacious room. We got an upgrade because we stayed for a longer period. Attention to details and decoration. Great bed.

Few minor things such as missing hand towel. Location is a bit further to the town centre and beach

We loved the room: it was extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, good size and a nice shower. We loved the hammocks, the terrace and the view of the jungle from up there. The best part of our stay though was definitely the service from Diana - so friendly and helpful. There were so many nice details around the property, it felt really thoughtfully designed.

Maybe a continental breakfast service would be nice since the location is slightly away from the main strip. However, they did offer bicycle rental for 150mxn per day and we also had a rental car. We knew the location before we booked.

The staff was really sweet and perfect. The hotel in itself is spacious the rooms are clean and the swimming pool area is a little alcove of nature really welcome. The hotel is really a gorgeous place to stay

Localisation of the hotel is ok but not perfect. Overall still think it's the best place to stay in mahajual

Loveliest Hotel in Mahahual! The staff were among the friendliest and most helpful of our entire trip to Mexico. We also loved the focus on sustainability and lack of single use plastic. Beautiful pool. The beach is about 10 mins away with bikes that you can Rent right at the Hotel (for a fee). Taxis cost around 25 pesos.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of attention for details and exceptional staff. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. 100% recommendable.
