Hermitage Castelo - Casa Chafariz

Lovely old building. Clean apartment.

Noisy road works very nearby. Loud banging from construction. No milk for tea / coffee or any basics in kitchen (salt, pepper, oil etc) or thoughtful extras. Cheap shampoo/ shower gel dispenser which was empty (or didn’t work). Overpriced.

Absolutely sparkling clean, close to many restaurants and easy connection to any part of Lisbon.

Very clean, nice place, a lot of space for a family of 5. Very nice staff, we got an early check in with no hesitation

Climbing stairs, a bit too pricey for the property

The breakfast was a box breakfast. It was good with plenty of food. I must not have read the details about the hotel bc I thought it would be a breakfast bar. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful ceilings. Great location to restaurants and stores.

We were in Apt 1 A and the only way to get to it was up a very steep flight of stairs! Hold on to the railings for sure! Definitely not handicap accessible. And the building was next to a bar that played music till 2 or 3 am which could be heard in our apt. Needed to wear ear plugs. Also the listed phone number 351-214-090-737 isn’t in service and I had to find another number to call.

Everything. The rooms were clean and bright. The decor was perfect. Excellent soundproofing from outside noise. Location was very good. Communication with the host and the door entry process being on phone was so much convenient. Our stay was a memorable one and we would love to come back again. Thank you team Hermitage Castelo !

Very clean and great looking interiors, everything was working properly, comfortable set up of spaces, hosts were helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, easy to reach city center and other parts of city.

Breakfast could be more varied

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. It felt modern but still had the style of the old building.

The ceiling had some low slopes that you could hit your head on if you weren’t looking. The bathroom in the small bedroom had no door and that made it a little troublesome for both my kids to share if the other was in the bedroom.
