Size of the room.

Shower was leaking on the doors and the cubicle needs updating silicone was black and the door sills were bad. The room could do with an update aswell.

Room 5 attic room was spacious with cooking facilities and a living room area. Nice views. Good value and location for exploring waterfall county 1 hour drive away which was the purpose of our trip. Self check-in and check out was good. It was very good value and served our needs. We had a pleasant stay and the host was contactabe and responsive.

The primary issue was there were no blinds on any windows in room 5 as i've now read on previous reviews meaning it's harder to sleep. We used the self contained kitchen within room 5 and the frying pans provided were not compatible with the induction hob and therefore we had to use the saucepans and oven only. There were several cob-webs. No coffee table but random dated furniture in the living room.

My room in the roof was much bigger than expcted and had lots of character. The key locks made entering easy. Host was good with comms. Comfortable seating areas. Kitchen would have been great for dinner if I had got there earlier. Pillows were perfect. :)

I wasn't really sure how breakfast worked. The fridge was full of items but I had no idea what I could and couldn't touch in case other people staying there were putting their personal food and drink in there. No dairy-free butter for toast. No shades on the roof windows. Noisy neighbours till 2am.

We had a good size room with everything we needed to enjoy our 1 night stay. .

We’ve stayed a couple of times before and always find it clean and comfortable with a friendly host.

the price was fair , it was clean

we stayed in the attic part of the property. What I have to say is it would be no good for somebody who wasn’t steady on their feet. There were too many steps in the room. It was very wishy-washy with the way the building was made. The furniture was very dated it needs modernising. If I have to be perfectly honest there is too many rooms in squashed into one building. We could hear everything that the person was saying below us.

The host was fantastic good communication all round. House was easy to access and a good description helps you find it with ease.
