The house boat was amazing and the owner was a really nice guy!

Great location. Nice patio and deck area to use. Short walk to town. Owner very nice and accommodating. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel double booked and said they were giving me an upgrade to a house boat. It was actually a downgrade and spider infested. I called the hotel 3 times after leaving and the owner finally told me that it wasn't there policy to give a refund. And that I can go F myself. They didn't have free wifi like noted on the description and they had no hot water. The 24 hour front desk that was also listed was closed by 5pm . Don't stay here they are horrible

Easy walk to Alexandria Bay features. Rooms are tired, somewhat shabby, with older decor. The room was not made up on second day of our stay, and that, we were told upon asking, is their policy. Pricey for what we got, we decided. Next time we'll stay in Clayton.

Accommodating, friendly... wish we could stay longer.

It was good, some problems with the WiFi and satellite connection, toilet was not working properly, Other that the place was beautiful and very comfortable.

Worst part was the bed sheets they were worn and very rough the blinds on the front door could be seen through when closed

There was no maid service/ room cleaning. Our beds and room weren't cleaned the entire time we were there. Staff left early so no one answered phone calls in the evening. Internet didn't work. The original room we booked wasn't clean when we arrived, so they gave us another room. We had booked a boat with a queen bed and none of the accommodations shown us had anything larger than a full size bed. We won't be back and we won't recommend this place.

Went there for a night with family and friends they went out of there way for us bbq and all super nice we all enjoyed we all will return there we all had a blast it was amazing to find people willing to go of there way for us thank you all
