Greenwood Bed and Breakfast

Super séjour chez David qui nous accueille chaleureusement et avec qui la communication est très fluide. Toute une partie de sa maison est dédiée à l'hébergement, il y a donc salle de bain, toilettes, salon et cuisine à usage privatif et exclusif. En plus David prépare un super petit-déjeuner tous les matins. Bus a proximité pour rejoindre Downtown ou Inman Park.

Belated thank you to David for a wonderful July stay. The unit had everything we needed, and was convenient to all, yet quiet at night. The off-street parking was a big bonus. The A/C units worked great, the kitchen was equipped, and the breakfasts were amazing (David surprised us on several occasions). Although it's a "B&B", it's really a separate, private apartment, but with the host next door. A perfect combination.

AWESOME inn and location. If you are coming to Atlanta this is located in the right area to have access to so much(Midtown, Downtown, Piedmont Park, Buckhead is just a stones throw) Thank you for a great home to stay in while I was in Atlanta.

David was a cordial host and an excellent cook. The apartment we stayed in was roomy, very clean, and comfortable. The bed could have been firmer, but overall it was a very pleasant place. We'll be back.

My husband and I have stayed at b&b’s all across the US and this was by far our favorite. David was the perfect host and his attention to detail was amazing. His furnishings and decor could qualify him to be an HGTV design rockstar! The breakfast he served for the two mornings we were there, were delicious and served with a beautiful presentation. Whenever we return to Atlanta, we’ll stay at Greenwood. Thank-you David!

Very friendly, clean and the best breakfast at a bed and breakfast ever!

This is an apartment style B&B with a spacious living room and kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We chose it for its proximity to the Carter Center, which we got to after a terrific mile long walk through Freedom Park. It is located in a dynamic Atlanta neighborhood. We had another wonderful walk along the Beltway amid folks on bikes and scooters to Ponce City Market, home to shops and restaurants. We only stayed overnight, but wish it had been much longer.

Great place - clean, comfy, spacious. Nice place right next to the beltline run/bike path and good shops, bars, etc. Tasty breakfast.

Overall this is a great place to stay. Great location with lots close by and a very nice neighborhood. Comfortable, modern. The owner was nice enough but didn't seem very friendly and was not clear when answering questions. I kept feeling like I was putting him out asking about parking or trying to settle times and what I wanted for breakfast. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Pros: Great location Easy to get to Great condition Nicely decorated and maintained Charm and personality Cons: (Only minor annoyances) No outlet to plug a phone in by the bed (I had to unplug lights) On street parking rather than dedicated. (When I asked about it, the answer was vague and not positive) You have to use the key to set the deadbolt from inside at night rather than a lever The bed is so severely made and tucked in that I literally couldn't pull the blankets off and the room was too hot for how I sleep already. Didn't sleep much due to overheating. Thermostat doesn't go lower than 71 and he wants it turned up to 78 during the day if you won't be there. I understand using less A/C but I don't want to come back to an 80 degree apartment. Thankfully the days weren't too hot while I was there. There is currently a lot of construction in the area, which isn't their fault. Something to know if you are going soon. I don't want this to sound like a negative review. I'm hoping the owner might fix some of the little things to make it a better experience.
