Good experience, friendly and value for money

Location is just crossing the street from the train station which was very convenient for us, by mistake I didn't realise the check is was until 20:30, we arrived there around 20:50 and they were very kind at receiving us and giving us the room key. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious, same as the toilet. Next day in the morning, they were very nice at offering us the breakfast even when we didn't book it in advance, very affordable price and delicious breakfast in a beautiful dining room. In general, everything was perfect, they were the best hosts!

The landlady was exceptionally understanding. I was there for my twin sisters funeral and booked the wrong night. She understood and accommodated me. Thank you.

Quiet, comfortable. Good size shower room.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful especially regarding safe keeping of our bikes. Great to have a bottle of water and fresh milk in the room every day. Our front room was bright and cosy and appeared to be newly decorated. Good parking at the property. Walkable to the seafront (20mins) as parking on the seafront is very expensive.

The property in general is very dated and old fashioned especially in communal areas ie hallway and entrance. The shower while adequate could be more powerful.

Very comfortable bed, good location to explore both the city and the region around it. Having a fridge was nice, since it allowed to have cold water. It seems to be a family run business, and the owners are really kind.
