Location. Staff friendly and helpful. Pub and beer good.

Curtains. It was too light to sleep well. Mattress was very lumpy. Room smelled heavily of air freshener to the point of excess. Affected breathing at night.

Bed very uncomfortable No curtains Flood lights from car park very bright Furniture falling to pieces Butter with food was off. Beer had gone off vinegar.

Superb location to die for, like going back into the 19th century. Some film crew will find it and you won't get rid of them... Comfortable bed, excellent, friendly staff extremely palatable local beer. A really good breakfast.. A very acceptable experience all together

The room accommodation was looking a little tired worn out especially the bathroom

Staff were very busy so had to wait to be shown the room. Room wasn't cleaned from previous occupants from days before (mouldy cups). Also no breakfast served on Sunday (but we knew that at booking). Despite this the staff were pleasant. Room good size and comfortable, although bathroom was a bit cosy. Great location and good selection of beers

Lovely place to stay, food in the pub was brilliant, huge portions too. The staff were great, especially Kadie, she was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. All in all, a fantastic place to stay, will definitely be back again.

Nothing to dislike!!

Room was immaculate and food was home made with large home made chips which made my day ( very few restaurants have now ) Staff lovely.. Tbh when I arrived wasn’t sure but was very surprised and really enjoyed my stay and the locals were welcoming too so I really can’t complain

Didn’t have sky sports or tnt sports for football but I’m really being picky here and realy can’t complain
