It is always luxurious to have crisp ironed sheets [ but is not really important in the great scene of things]

Really good breakfast and friendly staff. The accommodation was big, clean and had character. Great location for Salt Maltings.

Travelling as friends and booked to have separate sleeping areas. The sofa bed was not really suitable for adult use. We doubled over the main bed's duvet (luckily a warm evening so not required), which made it comfortable enough but a topper or extra duvet should be provided (staff were aware of this being an issue for adult use). Nice spacious room and it would have been good to have a comfy chair as well as the sofa (just a thought).

Really spacious room with all the facilities we needed. The bathroom had flannels as well as toiletries supplied which was a really lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding and good pillows. The decor was all clean and fresh and really tastefully done throughout. Down in the pub breakfasts were delicious with a selection of cereals and also hot choices. In the evening we ate over two nights with different size parties and the food was faultless. All the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much. Great service. A fabulous stay.

Maybe a choice of a vegetarian full English for breakfast and a vegetarian special on the restaurant board could be considered for the future but the alternative options that were available were delicious. Thank you!

Great situation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge comfortable bedroom. Large bathroom with bath. Good menu for evening meal and breakfast. Good cycle storage.

Lovely, big room with character, clean, we liked visiting Snake Maltings- short walk away, wi fi was good

Breakfast was just ok.. not much choice.. no non-dairy milk, only white bread for toast, not very generous portions

An old pub, friendly and helpful staff,great facilities, easy parking and good food and near Snape Maltings for concerts-and shopping if that appeals. Lots of walks nearby too. A plain comfortable but large room. Ideal for our visit.
