"Reception was amazing above and beyond"

We booked this property late on Saturday evening as we had a late confirmation on a job to go to locally, we didn`t get confirmation of the job till just before 7pm and then had to drive from Kidderminster, the receptionist stayed on an extra hour to greet us and check us in, absolutely fantastic service.

The location was very good the room was good clean the night staff were very welcoming

The thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast it wasent value money and the service was slow but that was my only complaint
