Finding the check-in lady was like trying to find a hidden level in a bad video game where all the doors look the same. Location is decent but in the unit the lights, faucet and fridge were broken.

Actually a lot better than previous reviews had said. Had basically everything you need for a stay. The AC and cable TV choice could use a update. Had running hot water which was a plus. Staff doesn't seem to respond in the right amount of time you'd like them too. Had to has for the WiFi password 4 times. Also make sure if you book for more than 4 people you confirm with the host. For some reason I booked the room for 8 adults but on their end only showed 4 and wanted to charge me a extra guest fee that I already paid through Expedia.

Not a good place to stay. Plus they charge extra and the condition of the place is below average

Morgan residences is not worth it to stay. Bathroom sink is not working and the view in the website is fake. Using the view of venice in the picture . Itbis false advertisement

The pictures they show in the website is different from the actual.Bedsheet very bad,and totally no staff to help to clean the room and so difficult to contact the agent of the place.its my first time to get the place that not worth it for my 18thousand peso for 3nights one room.Place convenient for everything that what I like.

Like: Cooking utensils are available. Dislike: need to repair the tiles of the bathroom. Poor WiFi and telephone connection when inside the building. No AC along the corridor. No telephone

not a good place to stay.there are lots of chinese going in and out of the building. bed and linens are the worst, pillows are so disgusting and smelly, bed sheet is dirty and blankets are not enough to keep us warm. all kitchen utensils condition are not usable.price of the room is very expensive.

I booked the place for my family but because my daughter can’t go with us so we opted to stay in my daughters condominium. Try to cancel the booking at a very early stage since it’s just a month I believe when my daughter informed us of the situation...unluckily you didn’t allow us to cancel unlike other booking app. I regret I booked it here because I wasted my money since it will billed under my credit card even if we didn’t use it. Anyways lesson learned.
