Venice Mall Area McKinley Hill Taguig BGC

The room is not being clean daily. The towels stink, smells like sweat. I have to wash them but there's no dryer. They provide only sheet but no blanket nor comforter. I like the area coz it's nearby the restaurants and the mall but the maintenance of the room is terrible. The trash not being pick up daily. Bathroom not being clean daily. I stayed at Carusso tower before and it's way better than Emmanuel Tower.

The room was not in good condition, it’s not worth to pay $33/night in that condo, there are lots of chips by the window and window blinds is not in good condition too, there is no door lock/or the door lock was broken, we can’t even lock the deadbolts/or door knob even we’re inside the room, the 1 key they gave us was broken and we can’t put the spare key inside the key hole to lock it.

It is not much more than a simple condominium. .........

The building and the property agent is nice. However, the room was terrible. I paid for two nights but left the very next morning due room was not what I expected. The bed squeaks every time you move, thin bed sheet, almost worn out. NO blanket or comforter at all, mattress was very uncomfortable, needs new pillows. Mildew on shower wall, towels are old. No Wi-Fi and very weak mobile signal. Didn't get good sleep due to loud construction noise till late at night. Small television with limited and non English channels.(maybe less then 10 channels). I

Thie exterior of the building and interior looks good but the room needs improvement. The bed makes squeaking noise every time you move. The bed sheets are so thin and worn out. No blan

the venice mall is really great and the unit also great

I liked how it was close to restaurants ,walking distance. I didn't like how when I checked in there was so much confusion at the front desk and the wait was also bad, the room had flies and roaches. Could have been more accommodating for the extra fee. And had to sleep on futons,bad idea.

침구가 더러웠어요... 다시 묵고싶은곳은 아니었어요

Everything was great except the cockroaches in the kitchen area.

Left over food in the microwave from the last guest. 3 lights were busted during our stay and the entrance and kitchen was a little dark at night. Place is spacious worth a penny.
