not good to stay people not accommodating were on the tower d and we have to moved to tower a without explanation no coordination reception don't know the details. ive showed the booking number details clueless..

There were no internet connection, the provided TV was abs-cbn TV plus. Fortunately for us, our own portable wifi solve the problems. The weather is not so good and few hours in the mall was enough for all of us. We are family of four and the dinnerware is good for two. We have invited guests until 8pm and they enjoy the stay. As per choices of room, I choose main canal view and pay extra for that, but our room has only the swimming pool view. Just be honest in the presentation of your facilities and/or amenities. "Grand Canal Mall 1 BR + WiFi"

We decided to spend a night there, since we have a party that day, wish we could stayed more time, but are planning to go back.. Thanks..Venice Mckinley Hill.. and special thanks to Ms. Jessica.

It was okay stay,except when we asked the receptionist what tower the condo is..we couldn’t answer because in our booking confirmation it doesn’t say. After almost 1 1/2 hours of nerve wracking waiting finally the guys taking care of the condo showed up! Also the is no extra flat sheet. Just one really thin flat sheet that me and my husband had to share which is not enough for us! But over all it was okay condo.It was a walking distance to the Venice Grand Canal Mall and there are lots of restaurants around and a supermarket. Definitely will stay again.

very thin towel and bedsheets, no comforter, no towel holder, hairdryer, etc. no cellular signal inside the room. One of the rooms has no wifi.

Nice hotel and friendly approachable staffs

It's very nice and classy with lots of amenities and food choices.
