I like a softer mattress but as far as beds in Thailand goes this ones pretty comfy

Wonderful little room in an old house in centre of chiang mai, it’s my second time in chiang mai and I decided to stay here again. The owner is very kind and funny. We were upgraded to a better room with a balcony with Chinese lanterns which felt magical in the evening. Comfy bed and clean. Will return here every time

Concrete and brick walls, lots of windows and natural light. The private room we rented felt very clean and well kept and smells wonderful. There are nice big lanterns with dimmer controls for excellent and relaxing low lighting. The owner- Mr. O has put a lot of consideration into making a comfortable space and was very kind. He also upgraded our room for us! The hotel/hostel is in a quiet alley and feels very safe. There’s a great coffee shop near by and a few little stores around the alley.

Great room, very clean, excellent location. You can walk to many places within the old city. The hostel has the oriental house feeling with lots of details. It was a nice surprise and I had a great time staying here

The room is a bit dark and narrow. But for the price it was way better than I was expecting.

Room was comfortable and clean with plenty of lights and plug sockets, location was good.

Staff weren't there to check out, so I left my key in the room and my bag as I had a bus to catch in the afternoon. Thought I'd go back and just check that was ok, and see if he might be able to book me a taxi to the bus station. He was there and said he was locking the hostel in an hour for a holiday so I had to take my bag with me. None of this was communicated before. Thank god I did go back and check otherwise my bag would have been locked in there. Bad service, wouldn't go back. Didn't make me feel particularly comfortable as a solo traveller.
