Phi Phi CoCo Beach Resort

Great location just pity about the noise at night.

The Good: Very friendly staff. The pool was amazing and very clean. We took advantage of the daily pool bar happy hour for drinks. Breakfast was nice (with one caveat) and the food in general was good. Located outside of town, so away from the crowds but not too far out of town that you couldn’t walk there. Massages available in the beachfront! The hotel property itself is beautiful with cute little bamboo villas and amazing landscaping. The Bad Those cute little bamboo villas offer absolutely (and I mean ABSOLUTELY ) zero soundproofing. You will be able to hear everything inside your villa, and conversely you can hear everyone in theirs 😬. This may not have been that big of a deal, except the beach bars are located directly across the bay from the resort and will blast club music every night from 7pm-3 AM (!!). After laying awake all night listening to bad techno, I hope you are ready to get up early because breakfast ends at 10am sharp, so they start removing items around 9:30-9:45.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel, I cannot fault. The staff were absolutely incredible. They are very attentive. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The one thing that hugely let the hotel down was the noise (bass music from a bar down the beach) at night. It was unbearable and ran from 6.30pm until around 3.30am each night. Even ear plugs failed to block out this noise. As a result, I have barely slept the past three nights. I appreciate this is not the hotel’s fault but it sadly really let the stay down. Other than that it would have been absolutely perfect.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Traveling as a female in a foreign country I couldn’t have felt safer.

The hotel and facilitates are very good. Same with the service…the only thing dragging down the score is noise from the bars on the beach, but bring some earplugs and you will have an amazing stay at Phi Phi CoCo Beach.

Beautiful property! Great swim up bar and great tour booking! We had a guy name Russel (maybe misspelling) but he was an incredible tour guide. The staff were excellent, the hut was cute and beds were comfortable. The food at teh restaurant was delicious! As were the cocktails 😁

The only problem was the loud music playing down the beach until 1 am

Beautiful hotel and great location and staff

Kind staff, not the least fluent in english but enough to get what you want, very good breakfast and regular food from the restaurant, but the view and surroundings offset any downside. Rooms (bungalows) are quite small and cramped if you have luggage
