Very comfortable accommodation, loved the beds, pillows, good shower! Kitchen could be better equipped. Worth visiting roof top bar!!!

We stayed at the far end and it was a fair walk to top of the complex and significant amount of steps. It offers more accessible rooms but in the heat was the least we wanted to forget something Kevin’s and come back

We booked this as an all inclusive holiday. When we got to the hotel we were advised that we weren’t all inclusive and drinks were only available with breakfast lunch and dinner. We were advised that snacks and drinks from the bars were not included in our stay. The hotel then advised us that we wanted to be all inclusive is all parts of the hotel it would cost us and additional €27 per person per day. We didn’t choose to opt for this option as we found it ridiculous that we have to pay an additional fee for what we had already booked for. I then went of to our booking on booking.com and it states that only certain areas are all inclusive as of the 15th June. Our trip is a month prior to this. It appears that the hotel has started this system early. Additionally, when we was at the hotel the food that we was informed was included was a very small and poor selection of food available. Me and my partner had book this holiday in mind thinking that we wouldn’t need to budget for drinks and or snacks and meals whilst on holiday. However this didn’t seem to be the case. Due to this we spent minimal time in the hotel as we were going out for food. We did like the apartment and would also like to note that the staff were lovely ( when we were at the hotel, we spent most of our time in the roof top bar, which again isn’t all inclusive ). We understand that it’s not the staff that had put these procedures in place. We would probably book again, as the hotel is very central. However we would book board only.

Hotel in need of upgrade but OK for what we paid. All inclusive very poor. You have to go to one bar in sister hotel which is a few minutes walk. Staff all friendly and helpfull.

Todo el personal muy atento y amable, en especial Carlos el recepcionista, nos hizo la estancia muy agradable y nos facilito todo pasando unos dias fantásticos....gracias.

La calidad de la comida y poca variedad.

No tienen nada que ver con las fotos los apartamentos y eso que reservamos el apartamento gold,están muy viejos ,fuimos con todo incluido y no teníamos derecho en los olivos nos teníamos que desplazar a los lagos de Fañabe,que era donde podíamos pedir con el todo incluido,ls verdad todo muy engañoso ,y pagamos bastante solo por estar más cómodos lo que no fue así

Lovely hotel and great sky bar. But make sure your not at the back of the hotel as there is lots of steps and ramps

It is a really great location, at the beach and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We were self catering and found the room spacious and it allowed for family meals. Nice kids pool and main pool area with pool bar also nice.
