Los Olivos Beach Resort

First time staying here, great location. Only a stones throw away from the beach, local entertainment and vast amount of restaurants. Had a few small issues but were sorted out quickly by Jessica. Chris and Jessica are amazing, they can't do enough for you. The skybar is fantastic. Spent a few days up there sunbathing, eating and drinking while lounging on the beds with stunning views and pool to cool down in. Will definitely be back.

Booked an Easy Jet package Holiday to this Hotel on All Inclusive basis with a friend, its definately not for the less able walkers, you get dropped off at the top of the resort and have to walk down the hill to go to reception - its the reverse on your transfer home but up hill. Resort is made up of a lot of steps to the accomodations. Room 1074 we had at the top of the complex was clean and tidy only found out on day 2 - rooms dont get cleaned only every 4 days we were there for 5 nights room not cleaned at all, Fresh towels every 2 days had fresh towels delivered once after day of arrival. AI not available at the pool bar, you have to go to the restaurant bar to get your AI drinks which can be a bit of hike depending on which pool you were at, Also a lot of cats on site and Cat mess everywhere even by the side of the childrens pool. Food Breakfast was good, Lunch on the occassions when we visited was ok, evening meal choices poor, small salad section 6 or 7 hot dish selections including french fries, outside grill either a choice or fish or meat, food was warm but not hot, and a small dessert section, bread rolls were extremley hard like stale, a small cheese bar with limited choice and very often later in the evening not replenished, no childrens section either a lot of the hot dishes were not child friendly - overall food was poor even for AI when you can normally make an edible dinner - we ended up eating out most evenings. Reception staff when asking about upgrading to have the beach included we were told several different costs and information and even told it wasnt an option aswell - yet talked to other couples who got an upgrade for 25 euros per day and that gave them their sunbed, food and drinks on the beach...no consistency with the reception staff with the info when requesting. My friend who i travelled with was booked to stay at this hotel the end of August as well but midway through this holiday shes changed her hotel choice as this hotel is not one we would return too. I'd recommed on a B&B basis but avoid the AI and only a short stay if you like fresh clean towels etc, overall wouldnt choose to return to this hotel more cons than pros.

We booked for a week and upgraded our room to gold+ but this is not what we got. Room was budget at best dirty lining and old towels. Glass on floor old damaged furniture inside and out. Would never book this hotel again.

This was my second stay the location is perfect rooms are good and clean the staff are great a specially jess the manager value is good it's well recommended if you want anything on your stay jess is so helpful i have just booked 4 more weeks thanks.
