Los Olivos Beach Resort

AVOID it requires full upgrade throughout state it is all inclusive it is not Rooms stink of fust Baltic eastern block staff and ownership who are rude And fluent liars paid for gold upgrade god help others as gold is worse than a hostel or immigration centre avoid this is not worthy of 1 star and staff (Jarek)ethics are questionable disgraceful two days in and I’m looking for flights home Please avoid I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy

Room was perfect and spacious overlooking the children’s pool. Breakfast gave us a wide ranging choice of food, all well presented and staff constantly ensuring tables were cleared and clean.

Location couldn't be better. 2 bed villa with pool a great place to stay.

Even though this hotel is in a great location, It’s clean, I feel sad writing this…… Pool was closed for days with no explanation when asked, due to the weather there was no hot water for a shower for days. Ended up having to use another room for a shower. Asked for a 2hr late check out which was available they wouldn’t waive the charge of €30 even though we’ve had issues. Customer service and satisfaction is very important to me & providing our late check out would have changed my review. I’ve probably just had a bad experience here, it’s worth trying just for location

Great location & lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Room was also clean & spacious but abit dated. However, when we arrived at lunch time our room wasn't ready & was told it wouldn't be ready till later in the afternoon. We asked if there was any other rooms available & was told no without them even looking, all we could do was put out luggage in the luggage room & wait. When we did get our room we was in a silver plus room (2044) & it was right in the far corner with 5 sets of steps to carry our luggage up with one of the steps broken. This was not mentioned to us in reception & no offer of help with luggage. We would also recommend on arrival & departure to be aware that if you arrive on a coach (package deal etc) then you are dropped off & picked up on the road & have to walk down or up the hill with your luggage. Not great if you are elderly or have young children. I would recommend for the location but don't miss all the steps around the complex to get to our room

Great location, very central and quiet with lots of amenities and lovely costal walks.Rooms basic and spacious. Be aware you have to purchase a safe with key a little bit old school and pay daily for the usage.The most friendly and helpful staff was Miguel gave us some great tips and was interested in us experiencing Costa Adeje, despite the unusual climate for this time of year. Great breakfast, plenty of choice all in al good value for money.

Was here pre covid which was lovely but I must say rooms well dated and only cleaned and fresh towel every 4 days, 20 euro refund for each pool towel which most were ripped etc so didn't bother. Only a few parasols and when I asked thr lifeguard he said there is one over there and shrugged his shoulders, lastly most nights people shouting and bawling at 1am and reception said nothing. Great location but would not return

Complete scam, DO NOT entertain any meetings with anyone involved with Sand & Sea, or Hotel Los Olivos, Costa Areca, Tenerife. They get you into the hotel by giving you a scratch card outside of the hotel, they tell you you have won something (you haven’t), they trap you into meetings that take hours out of your holiday whilst they try to force sell you two weeks of holidays at Los Olivos in supposed Gold Standard Apartments. If you fall for it like we did, you will be very sorry. We got our 1st weeks holiday, the apartment balcony was terrible, we got the roof balcony but we could not see anything of value. We were harassed into taking another meeting where they tried to sell even more weeks and we kept saying no, not interested. They appeared to accept it until the next day, the boss wanted to meet us yet again??? , we said no!!! We was on holiday to relax, not to be pressured into spending more money. When we got back home, we decided to book our second week and this is what they said. “As you are aware, you purchased our promotional holiday package which entitles you to 7 days of accommodation at Los Olivos Beach Resort, plus 1 additional week of prepaid accommodation, which was gifted as an incentive for you to holiday at our resort. These prepaid week is available to you via 7Across, who have a large inventory of worldwide resorts available. Once activated, the accommodation voucher is valid for 12 months, so please confirm if you wish me to activate the voucher and I shall do so directly. LET ME SAY RIGHT NOW, THIS IS A LIE, THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY SOLD US, THEY SOLD US TWO SEPERATE WEEKS AT LOS OLIVOS AND THAT IS WHAT WE PAID FOR. THEY ARE NOW SAYING WE GET A VOUCHER FOR SOME RANDOM HOLIDAY COMPANY, IN GOD KNOWS WHERE. THIS PLACE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!
