The Saracens B&B, was quite simply outstanding. Sam & Wade were exceptional hosts; they hit the perfect balance between being attentive and also respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the family room ample with all the facilities you need. Breakfast was fantastic. All in all, a very homely, welcoming and comfortable stay. I work in the travel sphere and stay in hotels often with work, there are a number on international 5-star hotels around the world that could learn a lot from Sam & Wade in terms of hotel management and hospitality. A great hotel, amazing stay and very happy.

Sam and Wade the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable,very well thought out in its arrangement and had everything you could need.Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of quality, fresh produce, beautifully prepared and cooked. I would warmly recommend Saracens House to any visitor to the area

"A lovely place to stay with great hosts."

Wade and Sam were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good. Good location for visiting places such as the Lake District, Liverpool, Blackpool and Manchester and more.

Our bathroom was small but ok for us however if you are a large person it would be a squeeze. Other rooms may have larger bathrooms so worth checking.

Lovely bed and breakfast with warm and welcoming hosts, the bed and breakfast has everything you need for a great night away. Lovely homely feel and Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 The pub across from the bed and breakfast was an added bonus that serves lovely homemade food. Thank you Sam and Wade for a excellent stay we will be booking again for sure 😊
