excellent location with great walks right from the door.

the site is little cramped, neighbours being very close - it's a minor grumble though and obviously the host can't help that!

"Superb lodge close to the forests"

The lodge is in a perfect location for us, it is lovely and airy being open plan and is very well equipped! Lovely walks for our old pupper right from the door. We found the beds very comfortable and there was plenty of extra duvets, blankets and pillows available. All in all a wonderful stay 😀

"Exceptional"

We stayed here for a couple of nights to break our journey back up north from Devon and it was perfect really handy for lots of activities we did the sculpture trail in the forest and also had a lovely walk at Symonds Yat. Timed it well to go to the local music festival on Saturday night too. We would return.

Nothing not to like really.
