The location is near the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, easy access to various tourist attractions in the area. The lodge is clean and tidy, kitchen is well equipped. The lodge has 2 toilets/bathrooms, good for sharing with 4 adults. The host is friendly, helpful and responsive. The instruction to drive to the lodge is clear.

The bed and pillows are too soft for my like, but is still OK and acceptable.
