The staff were wonderful and helpful. Great location for price. Even giving us a lift somewhere with their personal car when we were stuck.

Location perfect in Myoko. Food options in restaurant very good . The staff are brilliant.

Great location in the middle of town. Close to ski lifts. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were nice.

The family that runs the hotel and restaurant are the kindest, most helpful people we have ever met. We were constantly greeted by smiles, asked if we needed help, and our kids were even given gifts when we left.

I loved the private onsen. I loved the beautiful family that was running this lodge. The breakfast every morning was varied & delicious!! The staff were very helpful & lovely. The rooms were clean . Plus it was only 300 metres from the ski lifts. Hunter Lodge has a very good restaurant downstairs which our friends who were staying elsewhere always wanted to book at our place!!

We didn’t mind the shared bathroom but it would be a negative to some!!

The staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Room was clean and well appointed.

Bathroom is down one floor from the rooms.

The location is perfect! So close to everything. Only a short walk to the chairlift for Akakura Onsen ski area and great restaurants near by. The rooms are generously spacious and clean and so comfortable. Love that the bathroom has an onsen. Love the restaurant downstairs. Great food for breakfast and dinner. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and can’t rate this place high enough. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back. Thank you to the owner/family and staff for making our stay so enjoyable. See you next time.
